Job summary

Weisiger Group is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to lead the design, governance, and improvement of our benefits portfolio, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.

You will manage vendor relationships, compliance, and programs while partnering with HR Operations to ensure excellent service delivery and a positive employee experience. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years in benefits administration, incl. 2+ years in retirement and wellness.
• Experience managing health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Experience leading vendor relationships and service delivery governance.
• Strong project management, analytical, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of benefits programs.
• Evaluate programs for competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee benefits administration activities and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to execute initiatives.
