Job summary

GOSH seeks a Benefits Manager with strong compensation experience to lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of our benefits and pay programs. This role is critical in a multi-unit restaurant environment, where you'll balance the needs of hourly restaurant teams, salaried management, and corporate staff.

You'll own health & welfare plans, retirement programs, leave administration, and compliance, while partnering closely with Compensation, Finance, and Operations on pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience with hands-on compensation work.
• Multi-state, multi-unit experience in restaurant/retail/ hospitality is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, FMLA and wage/hour laws.
• Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (ADP/UKG/Paylocity/Workday) and benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Oversee 401(k) retirement plan administration, including testing and vendor relations.
• Manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) and workers' comp coordination.
• Lead annual open enrollment strategy, communication, and execution.
• Ensure ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA compliance and monitor benefits spend with Finance.
