Job summary

Hub International is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Florida to serve as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers, handling service, enrollment, claims and administration with accuracy and timeliness.

The role demands strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail while maintaining excellent client relations and supporting enrollment processes. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a Florida 2-15 license is required or can be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client contacts and insurance carriers.
• Assist with claims matters and ensure proper documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Keep Advisors and supervisors informed of important activities on client accounts.
• Prepare enrollment materials, schedule Open Enrollment Meetings and Webinars.
• Train employers on using online enrollment portals and monitor enrollment progress.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of group enrollment and related reports.
• Communicate our value-added service to clients.
