Dollar Tree is seeking an Analyst, Inbound Transportation to optimize inbound operations through data analysis, reporting, and system support. You will develop solutions and collaborate with operations, vendors, and leadership to improve performance and reduce landed costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of data analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUP, Power Pivot) and Power BI.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical tools to measure operational performance and support budget execution.
• Create and execute reports with actionable insights for transportation operations and leadership.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by Transportation leadership.
