Total Wine & More seeks an experienced Lead, Benefits Analyst to join our HR Total Rewards team in Bethesda, MD. This role leads on design, implementation, administration, and communication of benefits, ensuring employee understanding and program compliance.

You will partner across HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, delivering clear communications and training on Total Rewards. Strong project management, agile experience, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR, Total Rewards, and project coordination.
• Proven track record of project management skills and multi-project coordination.
• Experience with analytical applications; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Lead program design, implementation, administration, and communication of benefits.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to support benefit administration.
• Provide employees with a deep understanding of their benefit options and maintain strong communication.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including 5500 filings and quarterly reviews.
• Serve as a primary contact for Total Rewards inquiries and drive process improvements.
