You will manage daily benefit operations, support vendor relationships, and provide employee education while maintaining data integrity across benefit platforms.

The role supports open enrollment, leaves of absence impacts, and benefits benchmarking to keep offerings competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
• Strong knowledge of benefits programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA).
• Analyze benefit utilization and vendor performance.
• Support open enrollment and employee education.
• Maintain benefits data across HRIS and payroll.
• Assist with LOA processes and workers’ compensation claims.
• Identify process improvements in benefits administration.
