Responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of benefits plans.
• Collect and analyze data on benefits utilization and costs.
• Ensure all benefit programs comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits questions.
• Research industry best practices to recommend enhancements.
