Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience in employee benefits, human resources, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Experience administering employee enrollments, benefit changes, and eligibility records.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration across the employee lifecycle, including enrollment and changes.
• Explain and interpret plan provisions, eligibility rules, and enrollment requirements to employees.
• Consolidate benefits data to report participation, costs, trends, and utilization.
• Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal partners for plan administration and renewals.
• Prepare benefits reports, reconcile data, and assist with audits and filings.
• Develop benefits communications and employee self-service resources.
