Job summary

You will maintain enrollment records, assist employees with questions, and work with brokers and vendors to ensure compliant benefit operations.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a track record in benefits administration, with a focus on employee lifecycle support and wellness program

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in employee benefits, HR, insurance administration, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Experience administering employee enrollments, benefit changes, and eligibility records.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Aleut values and provide benefits support across the employee lifecycle.
• Explain plan provisions, eligibility, enrollment requirements, and procedures to employees and dependents.
• Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and carriers to support plan administration and renewals.
• Prepare benefits reports, reconcile enrollment data, and assist with audits.
• Develop benefits communications and self-service resources; lead the Aleut Wellness Program.
• Review and maintain enrollment information; resolve discrepancies with payroll and vendors.
