NFP is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager II to join its Indianapolis benefits practice. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for client relationships, oversee renewals, and coordinate with consultants, producers, and carriers to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring strong employee benefits knowledge, experience managing sophisticated accounts, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong benefits administration knowledge and carrier products.
• Experience leading client relationships and anticipating needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Project management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships with in-person meetings and events.
• Lead renewal and marketing processes; coordinate with vendors.
• Manage client accounts, plans, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA regulations.
• Update communications and CRM data after enrollment changes.
• Prepare regular internal and client-facing reports.
