Job summary

NFP is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager II to join its Indianapolis benefits practice. This role partners with Consultants and Producers, managing a sophisticated portfolio of employer clients and serving as the primary day-to-day contact for many relationships.

The Account Manager II executes key client deliverables, renewal and marketing activities, implementation projects, vendor coordination, and ongoing service needs, ensuring proactive, high-quality support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits account management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong benefits knowledge and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Own delivery of client deliverables, renewals, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements (COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA).
• Enter client data into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
