This role serves as a critical partner to Consultants and Producers, helping manage a sophisticated portfolio of employer clients while acting as the primary day-to-day contact for many client relationships. The Account Manager II is responsible for the execution of key client deliverables, renewal and marketing activities, implementation projects, vendor coordination, and ongoing service needs, ensuring clients receive proactive, high-quality support throughout the year. Ideal candidates will bring strong employee benefits knowledge, experience managing sophisticated accounts, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and carrier partners.

Handle the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, negotiating with carriers and recommending renewal actions. Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with Consultants and Analysts.
Update employee and client communications and ensure all information is current after enrollment or coverage changes. Enter client data promptly into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

The base salary range for this position is $58,600 - $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-study basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
