Job summary

Envision Benefits Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of employer clients through renewals, open enrollment, and carrier negotiations. You will partner with our HR team to ensure clients stay informed and well cared for throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in group employee benefits, holds a Life, Accident and Health license, and is comfortable presenting to groups.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the group employee benefits industry.
• Life, Accident and Health license required.
• Proficient in presenting to groups.
• Comfortable with technology and strong technical aptitude (EASE and Employee Navigator a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for portfolio of employer clients through renewals and open enrollment.
• Coordinate carrier proposals, renewal strategies, and enrollment materials.
• Partner with HR team to keep clients informed and cared for.
• Travel as needed; work from Buffalo office with team.
