Beauty Space, part of The PCA Group, is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner in New York to develop and execute merchandise plans for prestige beauty. You will analyze sales, forecast demand, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assortments and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in merchandise planning, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's in business or related field. Proficiency with merchandising software and a passion for beauty trends are preferred.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in merchandise planning in beauty/fashion/retail.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities for forecasting and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of merchandising, inventory management and demand forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and executing merchandise plans to optimize assortments and inventory.
• Analyze sales data and forecast demand to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sales, marketing and supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with vendors.
• Generate reports on sales performance and inventory metrics with insights.
