Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Business Development Manager, Personal Care, to drive growth in a defined territory across North America. You will lead strategic market development, build credible relationships with customers, and deliver value-based programs and partnerships to meet operational needs.

Location is flexible near a major airport; travel up to 80% is expected. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits starts day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree required.
• 5 years of Personal Care/VMS production experience.
• Ability to travel 80% within North America.
• Experience with cleaning and sanitization (CIP/COP).
• Excellent written and oral communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic market development and growth plans.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with leadership oversight.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust approach.
• Leverage Personal Care knowledge to build credibility with customers.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline in key markets.
• Prepare customized value-based program recommendations.
