Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services, Inc is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst 2 to support the BD team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic growth initiatives. The role will interface with BD, technical, finance, contracts, procurement, and external partners to position the organization for successful pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, project management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting BD, capture management, proposal development, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage BD projects, pursuits, and strategic initiatives with schedules and milestones.
• Support opportunity identification, qualification, and tracking; maintain pipeline and data.
• Coordinate pursuit inputs to align with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with capture plans, proposal plans, win themes, and engagement plans.
• Track BD expenses and assist forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate teaming agreements and pre-award documentation with contracts and legal.
