ABA Search, Inc. is seeking a strategic marketing partner to join a law firm’s marketing and client development team. Based in a major U.S.

office market, you will oversee the practice group’s marketing requests, customize pitches, and ensure brand consistency across assets and campaigns. The role includes leadership responsibilities, mentorship of staff, exposure to rankings and events, and collaboration with strategy and HR.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Professional services or B2B marketing experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Willing to travel; extended hours/weekends as needed.
• Proficient with standard business apps used in firms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee intake and prioritization of marketing and sales enablement requests.
• Prepare and customize standard pitches and capability statements.
• Collaborate with strategy and enablement teams on assets and campaign updates.
• Coordinate digital assets and directory submissions timelines and reviews.
• Direct execution of client events and content updates.
• Maintain content inventory and refresh partner bios and practice descriptions.
• Coordinate market research on buyer behavior and marketplace trends.
• Lead onboarding for lateral attorneys and supervise direct reports.
• Support professional development and HR-related lifecycle events.
