Job summary

Consultative Search Group is sourcing a Business Development Specialist for a global law firm. The role focuses on marketing, business development, and client-relations initiatives across firmwide practice and industry groups, collaborating with BD Directors, partners, and office heads to drive strategy.

The specialist drafts pitches, responses, presentations, and briefing materials, while coordinating events and budget tracking to enhance the client experience and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing or business development within professional services; law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multitasking ability.
• Customer service orientation, tech-savvy, organized and meticulous.
• Demonstrates sound judgement in a fast-paced, multi-leader environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategizes and advises leaders on the development and execution of business development strategy.
• Drafts pitches, RFP responses, presentations and briefing materials.
• Manages submissions to rankings, directories and publications.
• Creates marketing materials to support BD efforts and client engagements.
• Plans events and coordinates office and practice group meetings; monitors budgets.
