Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager for RTD/Beer to accelerate growth across assigned markets.

You will execute strategic sales plans, deliver revenue goals, and maximize contribution by partnering with distributors and priority retail and on-premise RTD and Beer accounts. As Gallo’s market representative, you will build distributor focus, strengthen customer relationships, and turn market insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with increasing responsibility in sales or related roles.
• Strong leadership, time management and public speaking skills.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or beverage sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales plans and deliver revenue goals across assigned markets.
• Maximize contribution by partnering with distributors and priority RTD/Beer accounts.
