Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Business Development Manager for RTD/Beer in Austin to drive growth across assigned markets. You will execute strategic sales plans, deliver revenue goals, and maximize contribution by partnering with distributors and priority retail accounts.

As GALLO's market representative, you will build distributor focus, strengthen customer relationships, and turn market insights into action. You will analyze data, coordinate launches, and support national programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Gallo sales, marketing, or distributor sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; MVR check.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Liquor license as required; must maintain eligibility.
• Travel up to 50% for business.
• See, taste, and smell alcohol beverages and perform tastings.
• Strong leadership, selling, time management, and public speaking skills.
• Travel to offices/meetings up to 5% of the time.
