Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Business Development Manager for RTD/Beer to accelerate growth across assigned markets in California. You will drive revenue through distributor partnerships, manage pricing, forecasts, and national promotions, and lead market initiatives.

You will analyze performance data, coordinate product launches, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize brand presence. Travel up to 50% and occasional regional on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, or affiliated or non-affiliated distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of alcohol beverage or CPG sales, marketing, restaurant/hospitality, or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of Gallo sales, marketing, or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
