Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ideally 4+ years of business development/marketing experience.
• Legal or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and ability to confidently communicate with attorneys and firm leadership.
• Strategic mindset with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Real Estate experience is a major plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with the Texas business market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and practice leaders on business development and growth strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
• Identify client expansion, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Lead RFPs, pitches, proposals, and other major business development initiatives.
• Coach attorneys on pitch strategy and presentation delivery.
• Conduct market, competitive, industry, and target-client research.
• Support practice positioning, rankings, directories, and awards.
• Oversee marketing collateral, website content, deal lists, events, sponsorships, and client programs.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Communications, CRM, Events, and regional teams.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
