Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior IT Strategy & Enterprise Services Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for a federal enterprise IT and cybersecurity environment.

You will guide technology roadmaps, portfolio governance, cloud modernization, data initiatives, and multi-classification networks while briefing CIO/CISO leaders and overseeing teams across cyber and IT operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Minimum 1 year in the last 3 years leading/supervising IT/cyber teams.
• Experience briefing CIO/CISO-level leadership on enterprise technology and cybersecurity.
• Minimum 2 years in the last 7 years overseeing cyber/operational teams.
• Minimum 3 years in the last 10 years leading teams for classified/unclassified networks.
• Minimum 3 years in the last 10 years with LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing/switching, IPv6, VPN, cloud, virtualization, storage.
• Minimum 5 years in the last 7 years supporting unified communications/VTC across classifications.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments.
• Travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives across complex environments.
• Develop and support enterprise IT strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio plans.
• Support enterprise architecture, cloud, data strategy, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead teams supporting classified and unclassified networks and infrastructure.
• Conduct technical and data-driven analyses to support technology decisions.
• Provide executive briefings to CIO/CISO-level stakeholders.
