Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development Analytics to serve as a key internal consultant, conducting financial analyses of BD opportunities and valuation insights for deals to enable value-driven R&D and M&A decisions.

The role requires a strong background in statistics, forecasting, decision analysis and risk assessment within the pharmaceutical industry. Hybrid or onsite work options are available in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• 5+ years forecasting, financial modeling, valuation or decision analysis experience.
• Strong ability to structure and communicate financial insights to senior management.
• Solid valuation modeling using spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses of development options to inform value-driven decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly to development teams and senior management.
• Act as an integrator of other analytic services to maximize capability utilization.
• Support licensing and BD opportunities within therapeutic areas.
