Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development Analytics to lead financial analysis of development options and provide insights for value-driven decision making. The role integrates analytics across multiple teams and supports portfolio planning with revenue and cost projections.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in statistics, forecasting, risk assessment, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in related analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Management Science, or Decision Analysis is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in forecasting, financial modeling, valuation, and/or decision analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate financial analyses of development options and provide insights to senior management.
• Communicate findings clearly to development teams and senior leadership.
• Integrate analytics across teams to maximize BMS’s analytic capabilities.
• Develop commercial and development expertise to challenge and support teams.
• Assess regulatory and technical risks and project them against revenues and costs for portfolio planning.
