Job summary

Tsay Federal Contracting Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee BOS on Fort Leonard Wood, directing field operations, maintenance, and environmental/safety compliance for a large installation. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensure DMOs and PM schedules align with contract requirements, and maintain critical systems during closures.

The role requires a strong background in base operations management, performance-based contracts, and excellent reporting.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent capability with at least 5 years' base support O&M contract experience.
• Legal U.S. residency; valid state driver's license and REAL ID credential.
• Experience managing performance-based service contracts with PRS/QASP and QC plans.
• Proven ability to lead multi-craft workforce and produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's authorized representative with full authority on all contract matters relating to daily operations; designate an alternate in writing to the KO for periods of absence.
• Develop project plans and timelines outlining steps and resources to complete the project.
• Provide overall management, supervision, labor and equipment for all Levels of Service: Grounds Maintenance, Pavement Clearance, Facility Maintenance, Heating and Cooling, Pest Management, and Army Cemetery.
• Maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance during normal hours and keep mission-essential systems running during installation closures.
• Provide emergency response personnel within 2 hours of after-hours notification; obtain KO approval before work outside normal hours; avoid overtime unless approved.
