Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for FAs regarding PCB lending and cash solutions.
• Conduct branch visits, FA profiles, and FA book reviews.
• Partner with FAs to advise clients on PCB products.
• Lead marketing, training, and education efforts with IBCs for FAs and SAs.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to meet loan production and growth goals.
• Collaborate with home office product partners for cash solutions, mortgages, and structured lending.
