Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Private Client Banking professional to provide knowledge and consultation on PCB products, including Cash Solutions, Mortgage, Securities Based Lending, and Tailored Lending. The role focuses on sales growth, service excellence, and partnering with FAs and branch teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

As a key member of the FA and branch management team, you will build relationships, lead marketing efforts, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Education in business/finance/marketing fields.
• Licensing: SIE required; Series 7/63 preferred.
• General experience 6–10 years in financial services or banking.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for financial advisors regarding PCB lending and cash solutions.
• Conduct branch visits, FA profiles, and FA book reviews.
• Partner with FAs to provide sound financial advice on PCB products.
• Promote PCB product awareness among FAs and sales assistants.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline to meet loan production and growth goals.
• Lead marketing, training, and education with internal partners.
