• Perform timely entry of initial applications.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced Investment Central associates.
• Oversee client assets to ensure fiduciary processes are integrated and aligned with business practices.
• Provides escalated support on client portfolios and queries.
• Ensures compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
