Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in relationship management, account management, client-facing consulting, credit risk, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, credit risk, or capital markets environments.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across large financial institutions.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, or portfolio management concepts.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key banking and financial institution stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, priorities, and decision-making processes.
• Lead recurring client engagements, presentations, training sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across commercial, product, research, and operations teams.
• Track relationship activity, key initiatives, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Identify new users, business applications, and revenue-generating opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor organizational and market developments that may impact client needs.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client questions, feedback, and ongoing engagement.
