Job summary

Hingham Institution for Savings is seeking a VP Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for the Washington, DC area. You will actively develop new business, manage a portfolio of major clients, and coordinate deposit, payments, and digital banking services in collaboration with our SDG and Lending teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining high service standards, expanding relationships with nonprofits, municipalities, CRE clients and professional services, and delivering tailored cash management

Qualifications

• Strong record of business development or relationship management in business banking, private banking or cash management.
• Book of business in nonprofit, commercial real estate, professional services, or property management preferred but not required.
• Experience with digital banking products and cross-functional delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through a self-sourced portfolio with focus on property management, municipalities, CRE, nonprofits.
• Manage a portfolio of significant client relationships and coordinate their needs within the Bank, including deposits and payments.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive cross-sell with Lending, Deposit and Cash Management services.
