Job summary

Hingham Institution for Savings in San Francisco is seeking a VP Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to drive new business development and manage key client relationships within the Specialized Deposit Group (SDG). You will coordinate deposit services and collaborate with our Commercial Lending Group to deliver comprehensive solutions.

The role focuses on commercial real estate investors, nonprofits, educational institutions, professional services firms, life sciences, and technology

Qualifications

• Strong record of business development or relationship management in business banking, private banking or cash management.
• Book of business in non-profit, commercial real estate, professional services, or property management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through self-sourced portfolio with focus on property management, municipalities, CRE, non-profits, etc.
• Serve as primary banker for a portfolio of significant business, institutional, government, not-for-profit and private client relationships; coordinate needs within the Bank.
• Facilitate delivery of digital banking services (online/mobile, payments, wire, remote deposit, ACH, lockbox, merchant services) via Digital Banking Group and vendors.
