Responsibilities include managing complex service needs, serving as a trusted advisor, and leading by example in achieving sales goals and CRM-driven activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year banking, sales, or related experience.
• 6 months of experience selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience by managing complex service and relationship needs in a fast-paced banking center.
• Act as a trusted advisor by conducting in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial situations and recommend integrated solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications with accuracy.
• Drive onboarding by enrolling clients in digital banking services and complete follow-up activities.
• Lead by example in achieving sales goals and supporting banking center performance.
• Document activity and manage pipelines using CRM and sales tools.
• Refer clients to product specialists for merchant services, treasury management, mortgage, and investments.
