Job summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will join the Executive Leadership Team to manage the bank's financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. You will direct accounting, treasury, and reporting while partnering with the CEO and Board to steer capital planning and profitability.

You will lead ALCO processes, oversee risk management, and drive performance dashboards, using core banking systems and data‑driven tools. A CPA or MBA and banking‑focused training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, MBA or equivalent advanced financial credential strongly preferred.
• Formal training in bank financial management, ALCO, interest rate risk, or regulatory reporting is desirable.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulations, capital planning, liquidity management, and fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bank’s financial strategy, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Provide financial insight and governance to CEO and Board.
• Oversee capital planning, liquidity management, and balance sheet optimization.
• Direct accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, and reporting functions.
• Lead ALCO and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
• Present results and strategic insights to the Board; drive continuous improvement.
