Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credential strongly preferred.
• Formal training in bank financial management, ALCO, interest rate risk, or regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulations and capital planning expected.

• Lead the Bank's financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee accounting, finance, and treasury functions with GAAP compliance.
• Provide analyses to CEO and Board; drive capital and liquidity management.
