Job summary

W3Global, a banking institution, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and asset/liability management. You will direct investment activities and funding strategies to meet profitability and regulatory goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, financial policies, and internal controls; advising on pricing of deposits and loans; and coordinating with the Board and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a concentration in Business, Economics or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years' experience in a senior financial position, with extensive administration experience in financial institutions.
• Experience with bank financial accounting, auditing, investments, asset/liability management, liquidity and financial reporting.
• High-level analytical, communication and management skills.
• Must have no record of felony criminal convictions or serious financial citations

Responsibilities

• Act as the Bank's Chief Financial Officer. Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies to meet the Bank's profitability and other objectives.
• Direct the preparation of, and approve, three year financial projections for use in the strategic planning process and annual operating budgets; report to the Board.
• Chair the ALCO and oversee the Audit Committee.
• Develop and implement asset liability management, liquidity, and other financial policies; present to CEO and Board for approval.
• Advise Senior Officers on the pricing of deposit and loan products.
• Oversee accounting department functions and maintain integrity of financial records.
• Comply with all applicable state and federal banking and accounting regulations and policies.
• Direct cash management and investments to maximize returns and manage risk.
• Liaise with outside auditors/regulators and coordinate audits and examinations.
• Represent the Bank to regulators and maintain good external relations.
• Monitor the Bank's insurance program and interact with insurance providers.
• Participate in internal management committees and community relations.
• Perform other duties as required.
