Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, process improvement, project delivery, or related experience.
Experience working on cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs, scope, and requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project artifacts.
Support user acceptance testing by defining, reviewing, and validating acceptance criteria.
