Cicoil Corporation, connected with Trexon, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in aerospace, defense, medical, and robotics markets. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, expand the customer base, and guide new product development in collaboration with the General Manager and Trexon team.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience, a technical degree, and a track record of closing complex, long-cycle deals. Travel up to 30–40% is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in B2B technical sales or business development in electronics or related industries.
• Experience selling to OEMs/contract manufacturers and managing long sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy across target verticals (aerospace, defense, medical, robotics).
• Lead pipeline from prospecting to close and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Strengthen strategic accounts and conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and contracts to ensure successful onboarding and order execution.
• Grow orders and champion new product development aligned with market demands.
