Job summary

Ascend Staffing seeks a motivated Sales Manager to drive B2B staffing growth. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, set appointments, and guide prospects through discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

You will also research target industries, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with leadership to attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and hit weekly targets while completing ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and meeting sales activity goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, email systems, and CRMs.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into full-cycle B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to generate new B2B staffing opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments with prospective clients in assigned territories.
• Move prospects through discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Research target industries to improve outreach and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with leaders to attend client meetings and prepare proposals.
• Track weekly activity metrics and meet/exceed targets.
• Complete 3–4 hours of weekly sales development training.
