Job summary

You will build and manage a pipeline, conduct discovery, and demonstrate how our solutions help owners gain financial clarity. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, strong relationship skills, and collaboration with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience selling SaaS/fintech or financial services to SMBs is preferred.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a personal pipeline through outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls with small business owners and executives to identify accounting and payroll needs.
• Deliver product demos and position Xendoo's services as strategic growth solutions.
• Manage opportunities from discovery to proposal and onboarding handoff, closing new customers.
