AAA Mountain West Group in Las Vegas seeks an experienced B2B sales professional to drive a multi-state commercial security territory. You will self-generate opportunities, manage executive relationships, and close complex deals leveraging our brand and engineering support.

You will operate in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with uncapped earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to leadership within an iconic national brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to self-generate business through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with executives and owners.
• Understanding of contract margins and Monthly Recurring Revenue (RMR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to target high-value commercial accounts.
• Prospect via outbound calling, field canvassing, and partnerships to build a robust pipeline.
• Lead opportunities through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
