Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of solutions or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in PEO/ASO, HR services, payroll, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and travel within Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Attend industry events and networking groups to generate leads.
• Develop and execute referral partner initiatives.
• Identify stalled deals and implement progression strategies.
• Forecast revenue and provide pipeline reporting to leadership.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines, approvals, and contract requirements.
