Job summary

Paychex is seeking a PEO Sales professional in Boise to develop new client relationships and expand the Paychex PEO client base. You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, visit brokers and potential clients, qualify needs, and coordinate onboarding with internal partners to drive revenue.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, complete required paperwork, and may travel for conferences and regional meetings. Strong PEO sales experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in PEO sales.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients; expand client base in PEO sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers to secure referrals.
• Assess client needs and match Paychex PEO solutions.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition.
• Travel as needed for conferences and regional meetings.
