Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to manage order fulfillment and communication for multiple B2B customers. You will build strong customer relationships, anticipate requirements, and determine supply chain solutions to maximize service and minimize costs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, transportation, mills, and billing, and using data to drive decisions that improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, or 2-5 years of B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage with executives and senior management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; problem solving with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, sales, transportation, mills, and billing departments to manage orders.
• Execute and oversee customer orders in a timely manner using technology applications.
• Provide solutions for orders that cannot meet customer needs and liaise with production planning and logistics.
• Track metrics, analyze inventory levels, and maintain customer satisfaction.
