Teva, via Anda Inc., seeks a Collections Admin III to manage a large accounts portfolio, analyze payment trends, and perform high-volume collection activities. The role emphasizes strong customer service, negotiation, and accuracy in documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of B2B collections experience, familiarity with accounting systems (JDE/HighRadius/AS400), and solid Excel skills. Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus in a diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of B2B collections experience.
• Experience with large volumes of accounts in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of accounts while providing superior customer support.
• Perform in-depth account analysis to identify payment trends, credit risks, and root causes of delinquencies.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support with payment inquiries, portal navigation, and account-related needs.
• Initiate collection activities including outbound calls, emails, and formal notices.
• Resolve billing disputes and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with order release/hold based on account status and thresholds.
• Escalate accounts to management based on account history and risk assessment.
• Document all collection efforts in the system with accuracy and detail.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to collection processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes and reconcile unapplied payments.
