Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks a Senior Account Manager, Local Sales Channel in Milwaukee to profitably grow sales, gross margin, and market share among independent dealers. You will collaborate with local distribution and sales teams to maintain a customer-centric approach and drive growth.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales experience in automotive or related sectors, strong financial acumen, and excellent presentation skills. Base salary up to $100k plus uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Proven sales experience with strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans for Share of Wallet growth.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers in the assigned market.
• Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other functions within TBC.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through in-person visits and calls with suppliers.
• Participate in deploying marketing and promotional programs.
• Demonstrate ability to convert leads to profitable sales.
