Job summary

enGen is seeking an Account Executive to expand the client base across our national print and mail footprint. You will drive sales revenue and grow market share through new client acquisition and upselling existing clients to maximize value for the organization.

The role requires a strong business developer with 5+ years in B2B sales, experience with CRM tools, and excellence in presentation and communication. Travel and client-facing responsibilities are a core part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with executive-level relationships.
• Experience in complex, large-organization sales and in outreach to IT/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base within national print and mail footprint.
• Drive revenue and market share through new client acquisition and upsell.
• Manage onboarding, contracting, and implementation for new clients.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly forecasts and updates.
• Present business cases and negotiate contracts with senior stakeholders.
