Job summary

enGen is seeking an Account Executive to grow our client base within the national print and mail manufacturing footprint. You will drive sales revenue and expand market share through new client acquisition, upselling existing clients, and delivering compelling business cases.

The role requires building relationships with VP+ level stakeholders in IT and Procurement, managing onboarding, renewals, and cross-functional coordination to ensure client success. Travel about 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of B2B sales experience with executive-level relationships.
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Utilities, or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities.
• Outreach to VP+ level IT and Procurement executives.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Manage onboarding and client implementations.
• Maintain detailed sales activity in CRM and provide forecasts.
