Montgomery College seeks an Associate Vice President for the Honors College and Interdisciplinary Programs to provide executive leadership, strategic vision, and operational oversight across Honors College and Collegewide Institutes. The AVP will drive high-impact experiences, equity access, undergraduate research, and global learning in collaboration with campus partners.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in higher education settings.
• Experience with honors education and interdisciplinary programming.

• Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the Honors College and Collegewide Institutes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary initiatives across campuses and divisions.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and space allocation for programs.
• Develop and sustain external partnerships and ensure program effectiveness using data.
