Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead security operations across a large, multi-site healthcare system.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive security leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
Experience managing large-scale contract security programs across multi-site environments.
Expertise in healthcare regulations and life safety codes.
Strong ability to lead enterprise-wide programs and influence executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise security strategy for multi-site healthcare operations.
Lead governance, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor management with executive liaison.
Oversee staffing, training, and regulatory compliance across locations.
Drive incident prevention, risk mitigation, and crisis leadership.
